Shopping

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship domestically to all Canadian provinces. A flat rate of $12 will be added to all purchases. Applicable provincial taxes will also be applied at checkout based on the billing / shipping details provided. We do offer complimentary shipping on any orders over $100.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the purchase details. Our team works very hard to ensure your items get picked, packed, and delivered to you as quickly as possible – usually the following business day.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Product(s)?

Once your order has been picked up for delivery you will receive a follow-up email to let you know your order is on its way. We will also provide a tracking # where applicable. All orders should be arriving within 3-5 working days.

Please note: If your tracking number shows ‘delivered’ and you have still not received your order, please check with the carrier as it might be waiting to be claimed.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Sorry. Due to distribution rights we are only able to accommodate shipments to Canadian consumers.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

The current options for payment are through major credit cards (AMEX | MC | VISA). We use Stripe to handle secured transactions. All cart account activity and checkout is further secured via SSL. PAYPAL is also a payment option.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How do I place an Order?

Orders are placed by simply adding selected items to your CART and then proceeding to CHECKOUT. During this process you will have the option of setting up an account with us – easiest way to make future purchases – and also move to the front of the line for news, specials, and promotions.

How Can I Return My Order?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it, please do so, unopened via trackable shipping to the address below.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Note: Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately we can not refund or exchange opened or used products.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Our commerce store does allow for GUEST purchases. Please follow the steps at CHECKOUT.

How Do I Track My Order?

All orders will receive confirmation emails with shipping instructions. There is an ORDER TRACKING option available via the website that requires the ORDER ID (found on the confirmation email) as well as the billing email. This will provide a status of the order.
